DevOps Trainee

TL;DR

DevOps Trainee: Supporting Group Data Delivery services and building cloud infrastructure with an accent on Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and AI workload monitoring. Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Support Group Data Delivery services across the organization.
• Design and build infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Maintain and improve platform infrastructure for data products and AI workloads.
• Deploy and monitor AI agent services using AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.
• Support application deployments across development and production environments.
• Assist with incident resolution and report progress through Jira.

Requirements

• Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong foundation in Linux/Unix and core networking concepts.
• Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Porto.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Terraform.
• Experience using AI coding agents like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or VS Code Copilot.
