What you will do

• Own the end-to-end release and deployment lifecycle from build to verification and rollback.
• Develop and support Octopus Deploy projects, lifecycles, and deployment processes.
• Implement deployment automation using Ansible playbooks and roles.
• Maintain Git-based release workflows and CI pipelines in GitHub Actions.
• Standardize deployment patterns and manage environment configurations securely.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan releases and minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal.
• Strong hands-on experience with Octopus Deploy and Ansible.
• Solid working knowledge of GitHub workflows and CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration for deployment environments.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues across application, OS, and network layers.
• Proficiency in English for professional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure provisioning.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) or VOIP components.
