DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Manage servers across Azure, AWS, and on-premises production and test environments.
• Deploy, configure, optimize, and support applications and web services.
• Create, modify, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
• Set up Kubernetes clusters and configure services.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code for all environments and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams and participate in designing reliable, fault-tolerant architectures.

Requirements

• Firm understanding of Linux, Kubernetes, and Terraform, with familiarity with Ansible.
• Good knowledge of network protocols, configurations, proxy servers, and load balancers.
• Experience supporting applications and mobile applications built with Docker, Gradle, Maven, or Make.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and GitLab; knowledge of AWS or Azure, relational and NoSQL databases, and monitoring and logging tools.
• Solid Bash scripting skills, introductory Windows Server administration knowledge, and experience with Infrastructure as Code.
• Fluent spoken English is required. Spoken Russian is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with JFrog Artifactory, Cloudflare, PowerShell, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Graylog, Filebeat, or Fluent Bit.
• Hands-on experience with LLM tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, including skills and agents.
