What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of land-based defence tests, including arena, rocket/engine, and mine resistance tests.
• Oversee data acquisition processes and generate comprehensive test reports.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of test engineers and technicians.
• Ensure all test equipment is properly calibrated and ready for operation.
• Support the continuous improvement of testing capabilities and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience in defence test and evaluation, specifically explosive testing and data acquisition.
• Knowledge of STANAG, AOP, and UN testing standards.
• Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Abu Al Abyad Test Range.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Arabic.
