What you will do

• Design and optimize turbofan compressor modules and sub-components using CFD and thermal analysis.
• Analyze flow behavior, losses, efficiency, and stability margins to support design iterations.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of design changes on performance and thermal margins.
• Develop and automate computational analysis methodologies and reporting chains.
• Support testing activities, including test correlation and technical report generation.
• Act as a technical interface for compressor-related matters with internal departments and external partners.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Turbomachinery, or Fluid Dynamics.
• 5+ years of experience in compressor and turbine module design and multidisciplinary optimization.
• Proficiency in CFD tools such as Fluent, Star-CCM+, or OpenFOAM.
• Experience with meshing tools (ICEM, Turbogrid) and programming in Python or Matlab.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with HPC computing environments.
