What you will do

• Lead the design and optimization of antenna architectures for radar systems, including arrays and feeding networks.
• Define antenna requirements based on system-level performance needs such as gain, bandwidth, and scanning performance.
• Perform electromagnetic simulation and design trade-off analyses using tools like HFSS or CST.
• Develop verification strategies and lead test campaigns, including radiation pattern and impedance measurements.
• Support integration of antenna solutions with RF front ends, TR modules, and mechanical packaging.
• Provide technical leadership in design reviews and roadmap definition for future aperture technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
• 7+ years of experience in antenna engineering and electromagnetic design for high-performance RF systems.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of electromagnetics, antenna arrays, and propagation.
• Proven experience with EM simulation tools and laboratory measurement interpretation.
• Familiarity with environmental and reliability requirements for mission-critical defense systems.
• Ability to lead technical activities across multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with radar, EW, SATCOM, or other defense/aerospace antenna applications.
