Senior Backend Engineer (Deployment Environments)

What you will do

• Build tooling and workflows for cloud-native and self-managed deployment environments.
• Contribute to deployment guidance covering component requirements, architecture patterns, topology, and scaling principles.
• Improve production-like ephemeral environments for earlier and more reliable validation.
• Keep deployment artifacts and environment contracts consistent across development, CI, hirify.global.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments.
• Partner with application, infrastructure, packaging, testing, and delivery teams on customer-facing deployment guidance.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based systems, distributed applications, or platform engineering.
• Experience with deployment architecture, environment management, or cloud-native operations.
• Ability to work across developer workflows and production infrastructure.
• Systems thinking around service dependencies, deployment patterns, and infrastructure abstraction.
• Collaborative and pragmatic approach to building durable platform capabilities.
