What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, with contributions to the Vue.js frontend.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive automated test suite, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure performance, maintainability, and security standards.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues within distributed systems.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to improve the overall team quality bar.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize engineering processes and delivery cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Java and Spring.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically Vue.js or similar.
• Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs and automated testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Drone).
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments with short delivery cycles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale, high-performance systems and microservices.
• Knowledge of cloud-native development, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Familiarity with event-driven or event-based architectures.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
