TL;DR

What you will do
- Define and own technical architecture for complex robotics solutions across multiple robotics domains (mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, AMRs).
- Design scalable, reusable integration frameworks connecting robotics systems with cloud platforms and enterprise ecosystems.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from prototyping and PoCs to production-ready systems.
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across robotics teams.
- Architect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination systems.
- Oversee simulation and validation using tools such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar; ensure hardware-software integration for sensors, actuators, and real-time systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in robotics system architecture and end-to-end solution design.
- Expert proficiency in C++ and/or Python for production-grade robotics software.
- Strong experience with ROS2, including defining standards and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, vision, radar, GPS), localization, mapping, and motion planning (e.g., MoveIt2).
- Advanced English proficiency for daily communication, documentation, and stakeholder interaction.

- Professional working proficiency in German for Germany-based candidates to support business and stakeholder communication.
