What you will do

• Audit and optimize the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate Time-to-Market (TTM).
• Act as the primary technical partner for the CPO, PMs, and designers to align engineering resources with business goals.
• Introduce and enforce effective IT project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) tailored to product needs.
• Synchronize execution across engineering, product, and design teams to resolve pipeline blockers.
• Provide data-driven technical strategies and feasibility assessments to C-level executives.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in SDLC setup, optimization, and advanced Delivery Management.
• Strong software development background with expertise in high-load distributed architecture, microservices, K8s, and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a business backlog from an engineering perspective using product analytics.
• Fluent English and Russian language proficiency.
• Ability to map complex business requirements into actionable technical execution plans.
