What you will do

• Define and drive the technology roadmap for manufacturing capabilities, ensuring seamless IT/OT integration.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to align technology strategy with operational objectives.
• Design high-level architecture covering people, processes, technology, and data dimensions.
• Establish design principles and evaluate technology options for building or procuring solutions.
• Promote green-IT initiatives within the target architecture to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Govern end-to-end digital manufacturing solutions to ensure performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain or the Netherlands
• Extensive experience in IT consulting, enterprise architecture, and software design.
• Deep understanding of the IT-OT Perdue Model, cloud platforms, and integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing models (discrete, batch, process) and Industry 4.0 technologies like IoT, digital twins, and predictive maintenance.
• Hands-on implementation experience with MES or LIMS systems.
• Understanding of compliance standards including ISO, OSHA, and GMP.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP systems.
• Background in Supply Chain management.
