NPI Manufacturing Project / Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead project teams through manufacturing project launches, from team formation and pilot builds to volume mass production.
• Coordinate manufacturing teams and business-unit project managers on new product launch activities.
• Drive timely and accurate execution across project managers, R&D engineers, and manufacturing engineers.
• Provide management with clear project status visibility and assess and mitigate risks.
• Manage finished-goods sustaining requests, including product transfers across suppliers.
• Establish working models that improve manufacturing project and program management capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional discussions.
• Ability to execute commitments, face challenges directly, and make courageous decisions.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Experience with MS Project, work breakdown structures, roles and responsibilities, risk analysis, and critical path management.
