Automation Project Assistant (Advanced Electronics)

Location: Shenzhen Baoan, Guangdong, China; onsite

What you will do

• Manage automation equipment projects across requirements analysis, DOE, solution design and review, procurement, assembly, commissioning, FAT, shipment, and on-site installation.
• Plan schedules and follow up on issues throughout each project stage.
• Update and archive technical documents, shipping documents, reports, and other project materials.
• Organize project meetings, manage meeting flow, assign owners and deadlines, document decisions, and track open items.

Requirements

• College degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to independently organize data, write documents, and prepare work reports.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, problem-solving, execution, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to independently lead project meetings and control their pace and progress.

Nice to have

• Experience in automation equipment development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• College English CET-6 or an equivalent certificate.
