What you will do

• Analyze and classify defect images captured by diverse metrology tools based on documented specifications.
• Validate defect classifications to prevent over-rejection and under-rejection of products.
• Manage the review and disposition of hold lots according to Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAP).
• Perform first-level defect analysis to support technical review and decision-making processes.
• Provide manually classified data to improve the accuracy of Automatic Defect Classification (ADC) systems.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or Technical discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Semiconductor-related fields).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of semiconductor High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) process flow.
• Ability to work according to rotating shift patterns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during extended computer-based work sessions.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in yield engineering, defect reduction, or defect metrology in a high-volume production environment.
