What you will do

• Lead positioning and go-to-market strategy for new products and features in expansion markets.
• Collaborate with product, lifecycle, creative, legal, and compliance teams to deliver strategic growth initiatives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to product teams to inform roadmaps based on user insights and market feedback.
• Develop differentiated narratives and messaging based on target audience research and testing.
• Create comprehensive marketing plans and creative direction to drive user adoption and engagement.
• Define and track success metrics in partnership with product and data science teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing or consumer growth roles within the tech industry.
• Proven leadership in shaping positioning, messaging, and integrated launch plans.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a consumer audience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence.
• Data-informed approach to decision making and familiarity with experimentation.
• Experience operating within highly regulated consumer product environments.
