What you will do

• Provide technical expertise and support to sales representatives, distributors, and customers.
• Support customer engagements during the sales process, both remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical product and service-related issues.

• Deliver technical sales support across multiple sites and customer locations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across a broad range of products and solutions.

Requirements

• Technical aptitude and a strong passion for problem-solving.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers.
• Experience in technical support, sales support, water treatment, chemical solutions, cleaning and hygiene, or related industries is an advantage.
