• Support site supply planning processes and drive inventory optimization projects.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials.
• Perform detailed analyses of planning metrics including DIH, on-time delivery, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify root causes for non-performance and lead improvement initiatives across the business.
• Support local planners in implementing new planning tools and processes.
• Compile and share regular reports on planning, fulfillment, and inventory performance with leadership.

• Understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and resource management.
