What you will do
- Lead the successful delivery of software products and enhancements from initial concept through production release.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and actionable development priorities.
- Manage product roadmap execution by balancing business value, customer impact, and technical dependencies.
- Coordinate collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and support teams.
- Establish and maintain software quality standards and oversee comprehensive testing strategies throughout the SDLC.
- Analyze testing metrics and lead root cause analysis initiatives to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, product management, QA, or software delivery leadership.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Proven experience managing Agile software delivery projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, SQL fundamentals, and API testing concepts.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC processes, and release management practices.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure Cloud and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Git and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of automation testing frameworks or product analytics tools.
