Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Conduct technical discovery to define requirements and implementation risks for enterprise platforms.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of commercial COTS products like ERP and CRM systems.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee data validation, UAT, and system troubleshooting to ensure high performance and data integrity.
• Communicate complex system designs and architectural decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Apply AI and emerging technologies to accelerate documentation, analysis, and execution.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience architecting systems with distributed cloud architecture (AWS preferred).
• 4+ years of experience leading complex enterprise platform implementations (ERP/CRM).
• 3+ years of experience in an internal customer-facing technical project leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of modern API integrations (RESTful or gRPC).

• Experience with financial processes and domain knowledge.
• Proficiency in SQL, C#, and relational databases like MSSQL or PostgreSQL.
• Track record of translating business requirements into technical specifications.
