What you will do

• Lead and build the engineering team for a cloud-based creator platform to make it independently operable.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a blended team comprising retained and incoming engineers.
• Develop and execute onboarding paths, including technical curricula and shadowing rotations.
• Track and mitigate knowledge-transfer risks by mapping subsystem ownership and eliminating single-person dependencies.
• Provide technical input for critical integration decisions.
• Convert undocumented system knowledge into formal, usable runbooks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering management and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to personally ramp up on complex platform architecture and operations.
• Experience in building structured onboarding paths for technical teams.
