What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation tools and systems to improve internal operational efficiency and customer onboarding.
• Develop and implement AI and data-driven solutions to predict user risks and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with product managers, operations, and compliance teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews to ensure high-quality engineering standards.
• Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Serve as a technical role model and mentor for junior team members to support their growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in backend or frontend development using Kotlin, Java, React, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building scalable and robust automation or workflow systems.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience leading or mentoring engineers as a team or project lead.
• Experience applying AI or machine learning techniques to automation or risk detection.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience in fintech, payments, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk control, or onboarding business domains.
