UX Designer (Enterprise Software)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Owners, and Developers to define user-centered experiences for enterprise software.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into clear design solutions, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Implement design solutions directly within the hirify.global platform, creating usable interfaces and data-rich views.
• Leverage and expand the internal pattern library in coordination with the UI infrastructure team.
• Evaluate features using usability heuristics and best practices to provide suggestions for improvement.
• Contribute to the evolution of design standards and guidelines across all company products.

Requirements

• Academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio (experience with enterprise software is a plus).
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong knowledge of iterative design processes and usability principles.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and tools like Figma Make or Cursor.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Domain knowledge in supply chain, financial planning, or retail forecasting.
