What you will do

• Develop and maintain fraud prevention policies and internal control measures for money fraud.
• Conduct annual fraud risk assessments and update monitoring rules and risk profiles.
• Analyze fraud cases and identify trends to implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate responses to fraud incidents to ensure timely risk mitigation.
• Monitor fraud risk indicators (KRI/KPI) and report effectiveness to management.
• Collaborate with AML, IT, and Customer Support teams to investigate suspected fraud.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in fraud prevention, AML, or risk management, preferably in fintech.
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian and EU AML, fraud prevention, and sanctions regulations.
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and good command of English.
• Ability to analyze data and produce clear analytical conclusions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use AI tools for process optimization.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of payment service providers’ (PSPs) operating principles and fraud typologies.
