What you will do

• Develop production-quality C/C++ software for autonomy and automation systems.
• Own feature or subsystem development across the full software lifecycle from design to release.
• Contribute to requirements definition, architecture discussions, and technical trade-offs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and system issues.
• Support verification, validation, and functional safety activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional software, systems, and hardware teams.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL, Pittsburgh, PA, or Irving, TX.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++.
• Experience contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to interpret system designs and implement scalable solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics frameworks like ROS.
• Knowledge of embedded real-time systems and AUTOSAR.
• Experience with model-based development using Matlab/Simulink.
• Background in construction or mining industries.
• Familiarity with Linux-based development and CI/CD pipelines.
