What you will do

• Own the public relations strategy, narrative development, and media relationships within the HCM and B2B technology landscape.
• Direct the PR agency relationship to secure tier-one press coverage and executive bylines.
• Build and manage a comprehensive analyst relations program to influence HCM buying decisions.
• Serve as a senior counselor on reputation, issues, and crisis management.
• Develop communication plans for customers, partners, and M&A integration periods.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of communications professionals, including managers and individual contributors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of communications and PR experience, with 8+ years in leadership roles.
• HCM industry experience is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience applying AI tools to communications workflows for monitoring, drafting, and reporting.
• Proven track record of social media growth and experience working closely with the C-suite.

Nice to have

• Analyst relations experience with firms like Gartner, Sapient Insights, Nucleus Research, NelsonHall, or The Josh Bersin Company.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot.
• Strong presentation and PowerPoint-building skills.
