What you will do

• Manage team workflows and take ownership of account deliverables to ensure consistent media coverage.
• Develop and execute strategic communication plans, including media opportunities and tactical timelines.
• Create high-quality media materials such as press releases, fact sheets, bios, and case studies.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure placements.
• Provide daily client interaction, reporting on strategy, results, and industry trends.
• Mentor and provide leadership to junior-level staff while participating in creative brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of PR agency experience, preferably within the corporate sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and client relations skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Must be based in Florida to support the hybrid work model.
