Mechanical Engineer II (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Develop HVAC, plant and clean utility, plumbing, and compressed gas system designs.
• Create technical design documents including P&IDs, airflow diagrams, and pressurization plans.
• Perform temperature and humidity control calculations and equipment sizing.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines, vendors, and clients to ensure delivery within budget and schedule.
• Handle construction assistance, including submittal reviews and RFI responses.
• Generate data sheets and technical bid evaluations for equipment procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of design experience in a design firm setting, preferably in pharma or biotech.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to develop Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Conshohocken, PA.
• FE registration or PE licensure is strongly preferred.
