• Build and maintain ads products including bidding, targeting, ranking, and campaign management.
• Develop highly scalable systems to support online advertising and seller differentiation.
• Analyze data, logging, and system behavior to ensure performance, correctness, and impact.
• Collaborate across the full stack to own problems end-to-end.
• Develop a deep understanding of buyer and seller experiences to drive product decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, or Australia.
• Proven ability to make sound product decisions and navigate new technical domains.
• Experience shipping high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver impact with minimal supervision.
• Ability to make good trade-offs and prioritize high-impact features.
