What you will do

• Prepare and process individual, occupational, and corporate gaming license applications.
• Manage licensing portfolios and renewal dates for assigned jurisdictions.
• Compile and submit required regulatory filings, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for gaming regulators, employees, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor licensing cases and maintain accurate data in internal regulatory licensing systems.
• Identify licensing concerns and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of gaming or regulatory compliance experience (5+ years preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Strong understanding of licensing processes, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional agency interaction.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically on occasion as business needs require.
