What you will do

• Maintain compliance programs aligned with CFTC Part 39 Regulations, Core Principles, and PFMI standards.
• Manage regulatory examinations, continuous monitoring inquiries, and requests from global supervisory bodies.
• Lead the regulatory reporting function to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Coordinate internal control testing and track remediation efforts, including model validation.
• Assess the operational and policy impact of proposed regulatory changes on clearing operations.
• Collaborate across Risk, Operations, and Legal divisions to align and achieve regulatory objectives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or a related analytical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, policy, regulatory affairs, or financial services consulting.
• Deep knowledge of CFTC Part 39 Regulations, Core Principles, and international CCP standards.
• Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex compliance frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly to senior management and policymakers.
• Must be based in Chicago to work from the office.
