What you will do

• Develop and enhance new features for the Qmatic Orchestra core platform.
• Build US-specific applications and integrations to meet the needs of the North American market.
• Collaborate closely with globally distributed engineering teams based in Europe.
• Implement and optimize scalable systems and APIs.
• Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude to accelerate the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue, and Python.
• Experience building scalable systems and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI-accelerated development tools.
• Cloud experience, preferably with AWS (Azure or GCP also acceptable).
• Must be based in Duluth, Georgia, US for hybrid work.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
