Salary: $67,000 – $72,000

What you will do

• Field incoming help requests via telephone and work orders.
• Process and track support tickets using Zendesk.
• Perform hands-on desktop fixes, including software installations and system configurations.
• Document problem-solving processes and resolutions.
• Develop knowledge base articles to assist end users.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior application support experience.
• Strong documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% with occasional overnight stays.
• Must be able to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV.

Nice to have

• Associate’s Degree or relevant technical certificate.
• Working knowledge of diagnostic utilities.
