What you will do

• Lead the bring-up and integration of new sub-systems including torso, perception, energy, and compute.
• Architect functional test strategies to verify robot mobility, manipulation, and perception.
• Drive cross-functional debugging sessions across mechanical, electrical, and software teams.
• Develop and scale integration plans to ensure readiness for prototype builds and validation campaigns.
• Mentor engineers and technicians in systematic troubleshooting and integration practices.
• Document integration outcomes to accelerate future debugging and prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Systems Integration or R&D for complex mechatronic or autonomous systems.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven knowledge of electro-mechanical, compute, and power system architectures.
• Expertise in system-level debugging, data logging, and root cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nvidia Jetson.
• Experience with computer vision systems.
• Background in robotics, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or safety-critical domains.
