Regional Mission Lead (Faith-based)

TL;DR

Regional Mission Lead (Faith-based): Leading in-person missions, retreats, and staff discussions for parish and school communities with an accent on public speaking and theological representation. Location: Remote (US/Canada). Must be available for extensive travel (125-150 days per year) across the US and Canada.

Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 USD per year (Base to OTE)

What you will do

• Lead in-person evangelization events, including weekend Mass engagements, parish missions, youth group nights, and school retreats.
• Travel 125-150 days annually to manage on-site success for parish and school partners.
• Collaborate with hirify.global staff to design and facilitate meaningful, prayer-centered experiences.
• Act as a credible voice for the Catholic faith, answering theological questions from parishioners, teachers, and students.
• Gather and share feedback from partners to optimize programming and engagement strategies.
• Conduct formational webinars for parish and school leaders to build rapport and cast vision.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong public speaking, storytelling, and facilitation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including nights and weekends.
• Background in theology, catechesis, youth ministry, or parish leadership.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
