Salary: $75,000 – $105,000

What you will do

• Lead cultural resource projects, including field studies, surveys, monitoring, and data recovery.
• Supervise and mentor junior cultural resource personnel and field teams.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with clients, agencies, and Tribal representatives.
• Support Section 106 and 110 NHPA compliance, including technical analysis and permitting.
• Lead business development efforts, including proposal strategy, scope, and budget development.
• Ensure high-quality technical deliverables through independent review protocols.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA) status.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in cultural resources.
• Ability to hold state permits for archaeology in Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
• Must be eligible to be employed in the US.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
