Narrative Designer (Game Writer)

Location: Remote or from an official office in Cyprus, Armenia, or Kazakhstan. Relocation support is available for these official locations.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the lore of Hero Wars: Alliance.
• Generate creative ideas with the scriptwriter and narrative producer.
• Build complex story structures and adapt them to game mechanics.
• Integrate narrative elements into gameplay flow in collaboration with game designers.
• Document in-game events, characters, and key world elements.
• Create timelines, glossaries, and other tools to maintain narrative consistency.

Requirements

• Experience working with lore and narrative structures in game projects, ideally in RPGs.
• Ability to organize and document large volumes of information.
• Experience with timelines, glossaries, and complex narrative systems.
• Strong familiarity with RPG, fantasy, comedy, and anime genres.
• Understanding of how to adapt narratives to game mechanics and experience with Notion, Confluence, or Articy Draft.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
