TL;DR
Financial Analyst (Accounting): Performing month-end closing, accounting, tax, statutory reporting, and audit support for selected entities with an accent on accurate financial recognition, compliance, and documentation. Focus on preparing financial statements, supporting CIT and deferred tax calculations, and producing transfer pricing and statistical reports.
Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with a minimum of 47 remote days per year and flexible working hours

What you will do
- Perform month-end closing activities for selected entities.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, reserves, invoice posting instructions, and invoices.
- Ensure accurate recognition of transactions in balance sheet and profit-and-loss accounts.
- Support statutory financial statement preparation and statistical reporting.
- Collect documentation for internal and external audits.
- Support income tax, deferred tax, CIT, and transfer pricing activities, including calculations and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards.
- Very good English required.
- Working knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and SAP.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, independence, time management, and curiosity.
