Senior Accountant (EMEA Gaming)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Sage ERP.
• Prepare payment runs across multiple jurisdictions while following internal controls and company policies.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, customer and vendor balances, accruals, and general ledger accounts.
• Process payroll documentation and prepare payroll reports.
• Support month-end close, management accounts, VAT and tax returns, and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate statutory and tax audits, improve financial processes, and mentor other accountants.

Requirements

• Chartered or Certified Accountant qualification, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a finance role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Sage ERP; D365 experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organisation, and continuous-improvement skills.
