Salary: $122,360 – $161,000 base + 14% target incentives

What you will do

• Design and deliver identity management and workplace security solutions tailored to client requirements and timelines.
• Serve as the technical authority for engagements including upgrades, installations, migrations, and policy development.
• Implement and configure cloud security solutions such as M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft vendor representatives to troubleshoot and configure MS Teams according to SLAs.
• Mentor and develop consultants, engineers, and technicians on technical skills and client-facing soft skills.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at trade shows and industry speaking engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Florida, or Texas (US).
• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services role, or 10+ years of progressively senior industry experience.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• Active certifications: Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate and Security Administrator Associate.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
