Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: Up to $165,000 base + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of hirify.global images across customer organizations.
• Partner with account teams (AEs, SEs, CSMs) to drive value realization and account growth.
• Act as "customer zero" by testing and documenting images to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer requirements and prioritize builds.
• Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and Containers.
• 2+ years of experience in a pre or post-sales customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
