What you will do

• Lead community engagement for US data center developments.
• Establish relationships with local communities, elected officials, and education partners.
• Manage the Global Affairs ESG portfolio, including coordinating initiatives and supporting reporting.
• Support project teams in managing stakeholder engagement through planning, construction, and operations.
• Identify opportunities for community investment and workforce development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed ESG priorities into project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, or ESG within infrastructure, energy, or data center sectors.
• Strong understanding of US planning, permitting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across the United States.
