What you will do

• Define and maintain content standards including UI copy, microcopy, onboarding, and contextual help.
• Establish the product voice, terminology framework, and writing patterns for consistency across teams.
• Design content for AI-powered features, including conversational interfaces and autonomous workflow notifications.
• Partner with Product Designers, Managers, and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Lead content audits and information architecture improvements to simplify complex enterprise workflows.
• Create and maintain content guidelines and pattern libraries to enable high-quality content at scale.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy.
• Proven experience shipping work in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or complex workflow-driven products.
• Expertise in defining product voice, tone, and scalable content systems.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools into content design practices.
• Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to simplify complex concepts through user-centered content.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing content for AI-powered products like copilots or intelligent agents.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Understanding of AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Domain experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or retail.
