What you will do

• Partner with finance and underwriting teams to identify and translate operational challenges into AI-driven workflow designs.
• Architect and deploy AI-enabled workflows integrating internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Incorporate advanced AI components including LLM agents and retrieval pipelines.
• Ensure all AI solutions are compliant with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and internal security policies.
• Lead training sessions and act as an evangelist for AI adoption across the enterprise.
• Establish telemetry for performance, cost, and drift monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience with automation pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python and associated AI/ML libraries.
• Deep experience with LLMs, NLP, and GenAI frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace, or LlamaIndex.
• Understanding of APIs, orchestration, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare industry (payers, hospital systems, or health tech).
• Experience working directly with finance teams.
• Master’s or PhD degree in a STEM field.
