What you will do

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot new products within the Wound Management R&D team.
• Create prototype test samples and design fixturing for manufacturing and testing equipment.
• Conduct studies to investigate root causes and identify process parameters.
• Perform statistical analysis and document findings in engineering reports.
• Support voice of customer initiatives and pre-clinical study activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D laboratories and manufacturing facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience or Advanced Degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Ability to deliver quality technical work within project schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Practical experience with suture/needle test methods or fiber extrusion.
• Knowledge of polymer development and textile manufacturing.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
