Application Engineer I: Physical Design - Synthesis and Digital Implementation

What you will do

• Help customers improve productivity across digital tools and design flows.
• Debug complex technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Build technical credibility and maintain effective relationships with customers and R&D.
• Create knowledge content, tool adoption kits, and high-level documentation to improve customer self-service.
• Develop out-of-the-box solutions using tool capabilities and scripting techniques.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• Exposure to CMOS fundamentals, digital electronics, and process technologies.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages such as Perl, TCL, or Python.
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
• Based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
• Full-time availability for 40 hours per week under a CLT employment arrangement.

• Exposure to physical design.
