Salary: $28.00–$36.00 Hourly

What you will do
- Perform precision assembly and repair of complex production actuators.
- Align components via shimming and mechanical adjustments according to blueprints and specifications.
- Utilize precision tools such as dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers to meet assembly requirements.
- Conduct test operations on mechanical and hydraulic actuators using specialized equipment and fixtures.
- Diagnose common test failures and perform rework to correct discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation of replaced parts and work performed using RUR and WDS systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of assembly experience in mechanical, hydraulic, electromechanical, or electronic fields.
- Must be able to obtain or possess Security Clearance.
- Must meet FAA drug and alcohol testing program requirements (Safety Sensitive position).
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
- Experience in the Aerospace industry.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
Nice to have
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification.
