What you will do

• Prospect and close sales for NRS Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances.
• Execute a weekly visit cycle to manage retail accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct door-to-door prospecting to expand the brand's presence within the assigned territory.
• Manage the merchant application process and provide technical onboarding and support for equipment.
• Handle operational tasks including payment collections and telecom card inventory management.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable car for daily travel within the territory.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales.
