What you will do

• Ensure production compliance with regulatory, legal, and hirify.global QFS standards including ISO, HACCP, and GMP.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, defining and executing corrective action plans.
• Manage the plant's HACCP system, including team appointment, training, and validation of plans.
• Oversee cleaning, sanitation, and pest control processes to maintain strict food safety standards.
• Manage consumer and customer complaints through root cause analysis and preventive action implementation.
• Promote a quality-centric culture and support the digitalization of QFS tools and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA within food, pharmaceutical, or biotech manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience in an integrated management system.
• Expert knowledge of Quality and Food Safety systems such as ISO, FSSC22000, HACCP, and GMP.
• Proven experience in auditing, project management, and statistical evaluation.
• Ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
