What you will do

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models that directly impact CrowdStrike products.
• Apply ML/AI techniques to build accurate models and improve product capabilities and user experiences.
• Work on GenAI and LLM initiatives, including fine-tuning models and building embedding-based search (RAG/agentic AI workflows).
• Write production-ready code for real-time decision making and contribute to software quality via automated tests.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews; collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Continuously iterate on solutions through inventive feature engineering and research relevant to AI and cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Location/Work setup: Hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, CA, requiring 2 days per week on-site.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, computer science, data science, AI).
• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, or data science.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI-focused applications using LLMs and agentic AI (agents/reasoning workflows/RAG) and implementing models in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, plus experience with scikit-learn and forecasting libraries.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and communicate technical ideas clearly.
