Salary: $170,500 - $214,000

What you will do

• Investigate complex cases involving phishing, blockchain exploits, hacks, terrorism finance, and money laundering.
• Produce insightful written reports and deliver briefings to TRM's customers.
• Conduct long-term research on blockchain crime categories to generate valuable intelligence.
• Identify and manage relationships with industry partners to expand attribution sources.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage for high-priority events.

Requirements

• Minimum of a TS/SCI Clearance is required.
• Must be able to work onsite (up to 5 days per week).
• 3-5 years of combined experience as an investigator or analyst in the private or public sector.
• Experience briefing senior leaders and structuring complex problems.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High level of AI fluency to accelerate workflows and solve problems.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analysis.
• Strong background in crypto investigations and law enforcement (LE) experience.
